【Downloading a Digital Item】
As soon as your order is completed, you’ll be able to download your file right as a .zip file from the payment confirmation page, or from the notification email, or from “My account” page.
1）If you paid with your PayPal account, after your purchase you’ll automatically proceed to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order; You will also receive a notification email with download links on the email address provided at checkout, you can download your purchased product by clicking on the link.
2）If you paid with a credit or debit card without PayPal account, proceeding to the download page might take a few minutes(depends on the confirmation of your bank or card issuer); We’ll also send you a notification email with all download links, you can instead access your files by clicking on the link.
3）If you’d like to download your purchased product from “My account” page, please choose the “Create an account?” option during checkout. Otherwise your account page is unable to synchronize order information.
【You are having trouble downloading your files?】
1） If your network is unstable, you may experience timeout when proceeding to the download page. You can instead access download links by checking your email notification.
2）If you can’t find your download notification email, you can check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If you use Enterprise Mailbox, IT Services always block delivery of unknown email with links, you can also manage held messages in your account.
We recommend you choose the “Create an account?” option during checkout, you can access downloads from “My account” page when running into the above issues.
3）If you have trouble downloading your files.
- If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
- If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.
